BULGARIA

Total estimation of cost of living = ? 520 . The cost of living in Bulgaria. is not high if you don’t have some special requirements and preferences. You will need about ? 300 per month to cover all living expenses (without accommodation). The costs are between ? 250 – ? 600 per month (rent for separate lodging) depending on location and type of apartment. In total between ? 520 to 900.

ITALY

Total estimation of cost of living = ? 770. The cost of living in Milan is similar to that of other major European cities. This estimate is divided as follows:

- Housing: ?400
- Meals: ?200
- Transport: ?17 (students)
- Other expenses: ?150 
 

LITHUANIA

Total estimation of cost of living = ?370. A student is expected to spend approximately 600 litas per month for food. The price for a meal at the VU canteen or cafeteria ranges from 8 to 20 litas. The price of a monthly ticket for public transport within the city is from 14 (for bus or trolleybus) to 20 Litas (combined ticket for bus and trolleybus).

According to recent calculations, the total monthly living expenses of a single student are around 1200 litas, accommodation included.

The UNITED KINGDOM

Your living costs will depend on your lifestyle; the British Council advises that students in the UK should budget for approximately ?650 (? 760)per month to cover living costs.
